Terms and Conditions

The British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) is the regulatory body that governs the regulation of licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and registered psychiatric nurses in British Columbia (B.C.). This authority is derived from the Health Professions Act, the Nurses (Licensed Practical) Regulation, Nurses (Registered) and Nurse Practitioners Regulation, Nurses (Registered Psychiatric) Regulation and the college's bylaws.

Under section 21 (2) of the Health Professions Act, BCCNP must maintain a register of individuals who are regulated by the College. The register helps the public confirm that a person — who is providing nursing care or services in B.C. — is registered with BCCNP. This information is not for or intended to be used for any other purpose, including marketing or research.

BCCNP makes every effort to ensure that all of the information on this website is accurate and complete. However, BCCNP does not represent, warrant or guarantee that it is, and BCCNP accepts no liability or obligation relating thereto.
